The mission of the Manawatu Chamber of Commerce Incorporated is to support its members and to assist its members to prosper by representing business within the Manawatu region. The Chamber is an accredited member of the New Zealand Chambers of Commerce & Industry.

The Chamber aims to:

• Represent the region's business interests at both local and central government level
• Encourage regional businesses to be dynamic and effective
• Be regional advocate for business needs and actions
• Encourage new businesses, advantageous to the region's economy, to establish locally.
