Building an Effective Team - Invite from BCC

Building an effective team requires you to get the right people in the right roles. This isn’t always as easy as it sounds.

You will have heard the saying, “people are hired on skills and knowledge, and fired on personality”.

What if there was a simple way to understand someone’s personality?

Learn how you can use Thinking Styles as a way to appreciate someone’s work preferences, communication style, learning style and strengths.
One you know someone’s thinking style, you can deliberately use this to improve individual performance and build a highly effective team.

Our Speaker | Denise Scott-Lister

Creating deliberate leaders and high performing teams is a passion for Denise.

She has been involved in education and training for the past 20 years and initially found herself there by mistake, and quickly fell in love with the difference inspiring education can make in people’s lives.

Denise always has a least two businesses on the go at any one time and is constantly growing her skills through working with some of the world’s big name trainers.
Both of these are reflected in her work, which is an interesting mix of cutting edge theory and practical application.
