In becoming a member of the Manawatu Chamber of Commerce the owners of the business agree that:
  1. This agreement does not have an expiry date written into it.
  2. Membership subscriptions are payable annually, with the first payment due upon signing.
  3. Subsequent annual subscriptions are payable 20th of the month following invoice.
  4. The minimum membership term is one year.
  5. Membership can be resigned in writing, within one month of the receipt of the annual subscription notice. Resignations received outside of this time will be subject to a pro rata adjustment to subscription.
