Established in 1902, UCOL is a high-performing New Zealand government funded Institute of Technology and Polytechnic in the lower North Island. With campuses in Palmerston North, Levin, Whanganui and Wairarapa, and delivery locations in Horowhenua and Taumarunui, as well as online, UCOL is proud of the contribution graduates make each day to communities in New Zealand and offshore.
Students enjoy working on projects for employers and organisations. If you would like to chat about opportunities to work with students please email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the UCOL Employability Hub 0800 GO UCOL. UCOL students learn work ready skills, and participate in initiatives like the Work Ready Passport developed by Talent Central.
UCOL students learn from staff who care about the success of their students, and who are dual-professionals – teachers as well as experts in their fields. UCOL’s faculties include Health and Science, Engineering and Applied Technology, and Humanities and Business.
Consistent with our commitment to the region, Fitzherbert Rowe has supported a range of clubs, organisations and good causes with the Manawatu Chamber of Commerce being one of many we are proud to be associated with.
