Build Your Own AI Assistant

In this hands-on hour, you'll do more than hear about AI. You'll build a working AI assistant of your own: one scoped to a real task that eats your time every week - writing that recurring report, answering staff questions about your policies, turning notes into something tidy.

We'll scope your assistant on paper first (the hard thinking), then build it live so you leave with something that works - and the know-how to build the next one yourself.

Bring a laptop and one task you're tired of doing. You'll walk out with an assistant that does it for you.

Anyone can do the planning and watch the demo – to build, you’ll need one of the following:

• ChatGPT – minimum Plus subscription

• Claude – minimum Pro subscription

• Copilot – minimum Copilot Chat (paid on top of Microsoft 365, with ‘agent’ capability authorised)

• Gemini – free tier and above (so anyone can give it a go)
