Come and learn more about how leaders and businesses can create inclusive organisations.
The growing diversity of our city requires a new mindset to ensure everyone, including migrants, international students and former refugees, feel included. They can be a vital part of our communities and businesses. However, both have to flex and learn to communicate with each other.
By understanding how our brains are wired for bias, we can develop culturally intelligent strategies to learn to understand, communicate and appreciate each other’s world. For our communities and businesses to thrive in diversity, we must create places where everyone can belong.
Come and enjoy the opportunity to network and hear a quality speaker – a great way to start the last day of the working week!.
